The latest iPhone model, 5S now comes in three colors and is seen grafted several new features, including the Touch ID, a biometric sensor, dual LED flash and a new processor.
As usual every two years, Apple has unveiled September 10 iPhone 5S offering the same general design as its predecessor, the iPhone 5. IPhone transition, however, is distinguished by the colors of the skin, a biometric sensor, improvements on the photo and video and a new processor. Here is the first video preview.
Design
The look of the iPhone 5S is very close to the iPhone 5 on the shape and size but far enough from the iPhone 5C, another new Apple colorful, in order to differentiate them at once eye. 5S is available in three colors: white / gray, white / gold and black / gray.
At the rear, the opening of Flash expands to accommodate two LED and before the home button is now bound with white, gold or silver depending on the model. It keeps the same thickness of 7.6 mm as the iPhone 5 and weighs 112 grams
Photo and video capabilities

The new sensor keeps its 8 million pixels but with larger pixels, a gain of 15% according to Apple. The objective open at f / 2.2, a brightness index higher than the previous iPhone and flash two LEDs, one white, one yellow, the unit will help to find the right color balance. Image stabilization and panorama mode burst mode is added to this. iOS 7 will then take pictures to add creative filters.
On the video side, the iPhone 5S shoots 1080p HD quality and can shoot at 120 frames per second in 720p. The zoom can be used while shooting with a pinch on the screen.
Biometric sensor
This is probably the biggest news of the iPhone 5S: it establishes a biometric sensor called "Touch ID" to scan the fingerprint of its owner. It takes place on the home button and allows you to read a footprint in all the positions you hold the camera vertically or horizontally.
It allows you to unlock the device and replace the iTunes password, especially when downloading applications. No pressure is required for the footprint analysis but the button is sinking at a strong support to navigate iOS 7.
The Retina display is still in the game but the size of the touch screen, the definition and the resolution does not change: 1136x640 pixels and 326 ppi. It is within that we find the big change with a new processor and a "coprocessor".
A7 processor, which takes the 64-bit architecture, is twice as fast as the previous generation according to Apple, and 40 times faster than the original iPhone. The coprocessor M7 is the support for processing information from the accelerometer, gyroscope and compass.
4G LTE is present and even improves the autonomy of the lithium-ion battery: navigation 8 hours on 3G, 10 hours on 4G or WiFi as well as 3G talk time and 250 hours standby.
The iPhone 5S will be available in Apple store or online on 20 September 2013. The box is the same for all models: charging cable lightning and AC adapter, headphones with remote and mic EarPods.
It will cost 699 euros for the lowest capacity (16 GB), 32 799 euros and 899 euros in GB 64 GB prices are the same regardless of the color, but a case "iPhone 5s box" home is offered at 39 euros in six colors: leather, beige, yellow, black, blue or red.
