IFA 2013: Yamaha YSP-1400 sound bar for 10 years of
Yamaha advantage of the IFA show to reveal a new sound bar that will celebrate 10 years of its concept "Sound Projector".
The YSP-1400 is a sound bar or a "sound projector" as Yamaha says, the very classic design that will fit under your TV. Developed for beginners, the camera is easy to install in a single step with a single connection, it will be available in black or white.
At a technical level, the YSP-1400 delivers 5.1 surround sound with 8 speakers that generate "sound beams" which are reflected by the walls and are thus expected to restore the 5.1 effect. It also has dual subwoofer that will take care of the low frequencies.
The YSP-1400 will offer a choice between four cinema DSP programs following types of films screened. The latter is also Bluetooth 2.1 compliant and it also incorporates the application Home Theater Controller to wirelessly connect smartphones (iPod / iPhone / iPad) and stream its repertoire.
Availability and retail price have not yet been identified.
