Here's the problem with mobile keypads - they take up too much space, but they are very functional to disappear. They are the worst way to enter text, except for all the alternatives. Now that more phones come with Swype default keyboard or copy your innovation, there is even less reason to try the many other options that are out there. Some keyboards from other manufacturers just feel half, but there are some that arouses our interest. Minuum is one of the last options.

How does it work?
Minuum takes its usual keyboard and crushed down to a line extending along the bottom of the screen. Since the letters are too small to individually cut, the keyboard works to guess what word you are trying to write. Gestures fill the lack of buttons on the screen, slide to the right to insert a space and drag to delete characters to the left. What's new
Minuum not less functional than it was the last time we took a look, but some new features have come to address some weaknesses. On the one hand, users can activate a full screen keyboard by pressing with two fingers. This may seem like an easy solution, but frankly, there are times when it is good to be accurate. Enter passwords and web addresses are twice.
By default, keys and Minuum bar hint next consume only 240 pixels of screen space. If it is too small, everything is customizable. Users can also add a dedicated space bar. In addition to these new features, punctuation is much easier to write than before. This is a slight improvement that saves time.
While QWERTY default, users can change the design to QWERTZ, AZERTY, or alphabetically. The default layout has worked well for me, but also surprised to see that the change was an alphabetical adjustment very easy to do. I suggest you give it a try, even if you stick to it.
For those times when it is good to write without hands, Minuum Typing Google has added support for voice. Simply drag diagonally to the left-turn voice to text. The functionality is the same voice as the other keyboards, but it is a lot faster than most of the proposed solutions default trigger.

I hesitate to say that it is a key to rule them all, but I'm impressed, and I applaud what the team has accomplished here Minuum. If your current keyboard fits you well, stick with it, but I will say that this is the first innovation of Swype that I consider worth investing in used. Now that the beta is available to everyone, you owe it to yourself to take it for a spin.
